Terms

By ordering from Beadrop you agree to these terms. Plain version: we make it by hand, we ship it when we say, and we fix it if we got it wrong.

This store is operated by E&E Technologies LLC, a Miami software company.

Who can order

To order you must be 18 or older, or order with a parent or guardian.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. Sales tax and shipping are shown before you pay.

When an order is accepted

Your order is accepted when we email you the confirmation. If a piece sold out between your cart and your payment, we tell you within 2 business days and offer a new ship-by date or a full refund.

Handmade pieces

Each piece is hand-fused; slight variation in bead alignment, colour lot and finish is normal.

Product safety

Adult accessory, not a toy. Not intended for children under 12. Contains small parts.

Custom pieces

We send a proof before we fuse a custom piece. Custom pieces are final once you approve the proof, except for our error or arrival damage. Requests sent through the custom form are not orders until you approve a quote and pay.

Fan pieces and takedown requests

Our DJ, anime and gaming pieces are fan-made tributes, designed and hand-fused by us. They are not official merchandise and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the artists, series or rights holders they pay tribute to. If you hold the rights to something a piece references and want it removed, write to us through the request form and we will take the design down.

Totems

Most festivals cap totems around 7 to 10 ft and some do not allow them at all. Check your festival's policy before you order; we build to the height you give us.

Shipping and returns

See shipping and returns for rates, ship-by commitments and the 30-day return window.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute goes to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Questions or problems

Write to us through the request form first; most things are sorted in a reply or two.
