Privacy
This page explains what we collect, why, and who helps us process it. We do not sell your information.
When you order
Checkout runs on Stripe's hosted page. Stripe collects your payment details; your card number never reaches us. We receive and keep your name, email, phone number, shipping address, what you bought, any gift note and whether the payment went through, so we can make, ship and support your order.
When you make an account
Accounts run on WorkOS, which handles your sign-in and your password; we never see the password. We keep your email and name, the addresses you save (with a phone number if you add one), your favorites and your order history. Orders you placed as a guest join your account only once you have verified the email you used for them.
Drop emails
If you sign up for drop emails, we keep your email address, the language you signed up in and when you confirmed it. You are only on the list after you click the confirmation link we send. Every drop email carries a link to leave the list; you can also write to us through the request form and we remove your address.
Custom and bulk requests
The request form sends your name, email, optional phone, what you describe in the form and any reference images to our customer system, which E&E Technologies runs, and to the owner's inbox, so we can reply with a quote and a proof. Reference images are deleted after 180 days.
Running the site
To limit abuse, we turn IP addresses into a one-way hash for rate limits; we do not keep the address itself. Our server logs carry order and system ids only, never your name, email, address or IP.
Cookies and storage in your browser
- When you sign in, a session cookie keeps you signed in. Scripts on the page cannot read it.
- A small hint cookie remembers for 30 days that you have an account, so your favorites can sync. It holds no personal data.
- Your cart and your favorites are saved in your browser's local storage on this device.
- If you dismiss or follow the language suggestion, your browser remembers that choice.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and reports only totals; it does not identify you across sites.
We use no advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe: payments and sales tax at checkout; it creates a customer record for each order.
- WorkOS: accounts and sign-in.
- Convex: our database and file storage.
- Resend: order and drop emails.
- Vercel: hosting and page-view analytics.
- E&E Technologies LLC: the customer system that receives custom and bulk requests.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to delete your account, write to us through the request form. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to have it deleted, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Use the same contact to exercise them. We do not sell personal information.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date below. Effective 2026-10-16.
