Shipping and returns

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates

  • Orders under $50.00: $5.95 flat.
  • Orders of $50.00 or more: free.
  • Any order with a totem or totem topper: $12.95 flat for the whole order, whatever the total, because totems ship as an oversize parcel.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout.

When your order leaves us

Every product page states when that piece ships, in business days (Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays):

  • Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within the number of business days shown, usually 2.
  • Made-to-order pieces, like totems, ship within the business days shown on the page.
  • Custom pieces ship within 10 business days of your proof approval.

Carrier transit usually adds 2 to 6 business days. The ship-by date is a commitment: if we are going to miss it, we email you before it passes and you choose to accept a new date or cancel for a full refund.

If a piece sold out between your cart and your payment, we tell you within 2 business days and offer a new ship-by date or a full refund.

Returns

You can return a stock piece within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition, with no restocking fee. Write to us through the request form first and we will send you the return address.

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the piece.

You pay the return shipping, unless the piece arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.

Damaged or wrong on arrival

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us through the request form within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we replace it or refund it.

Custom pieces

Custom pieces are final once you approve the proof, except for our error or damage on arrival.
